Great material, quality is good. However, the size is very inconsistent between each pair. Not sure why.

The website says they come with picot lace around the wast legs. I ordered three pair they all have the lace around the legs none of them have the lace around the waist? I've had this problem before and I've also had a pair come with a ruched rear and wasn't supposed to be. Not real happy to say the least.
